How long are classes?
Since we do offer so many classes I have to answer this question on a program by program basis. So I will run through them quickly. If you are not sure please just ask.
Boxing classes are 90 mins long. This allows the instructor to work with everyone. Make sure everyone is using proper technique as well as making sure that everyone gets to run through all the drills that are set up for that day. 90 mins also guarantees you will get in a great workout!
Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes are 60 mins long. You will perform a warm up which will get your body ready for the workout ahead and allow you to learn and practice some of the basic but most important movements in Jiu Jitsu. You will then learn and practice a technique and then move on to drilling and then sparring.
Muay Thai classes are 60 mins long. Again class will start with a warm up to get you ready and give you time to practice some of the basic movements. You will then learn and practice a technique and then move onto sparring.
Judo classes are 90 mins long. Structured like a Jiu Jitsu class except the focus will be on learning and practicing throws as well as gripping, take down defense and throwing combinations and counters.
